Meadow Walk at Lynnfield is an exciting mixed-use retail and residential village to be built on a portion of the existing Colonial Golf Course property.  With a focus on preserving the quality of life valued by Lynnfield residents, Meadow Walk will feature new retail shops, residences, and a village green while dedicating 103 acres as permanent open space. Meadow Walk derives its name from its location adjacent to Reedy Meadow, a 500-acre conservation area.

The pedestrian-oriented plan will create a "Main Street" shopping experience similar to town centers in communities such as Wellesley, Newburyport, Concord, Lexington and Andover. Consistent with Lynnfield's Master Plan, the development will also provide the Town with much needed fiscal benefits that will go to the Town's schools, parks, public safety, elderly services and other needs.
